Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend the time off from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite having zero expectations. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. She warms-up first before moving into working sets. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
